Cumbre del Sol is located between the popular holiday towns of Moraira and Javea (allow an hour and a half to drive from here into the heart of Valencia). It nestles on the mountainside above the town of Benitachell and overlooks the azure blue Mediterranean Sea. The area has the best climate of continental Europe and is ideal for all year round visiting.

This is a three bedroom apartment which can easily accommodate six people and is furnished to a very high standard. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. The two downstairs bedrooms afford impressive views to the sea. The two bathrooms both have toilets and over-bath showers. (We are pleased to advise that for 2007 we are able to offer an identical 3 bedded apartment, directly adjacent to the one advertised here. The amenities are of a similar standard to those described here.)

These apartments may be rented together, so accommodating a party of up to 12, or separately. Please use our contact form to advise us of your requirements.

The spacious open plan lounge and dining area both provide access onto a large terrace with the most spectacular views across the cliffs to the sea. With a South East facing aspect the terrace receives the sun from sunrise until late afternoon. You can enjoy dining alfresco or just soaking up the sun.

The separate kitchen has been fully equipped to allow you to cook as much, or as little, as you wish; including an electric juicer to enable you to enjoy the juice of freshly squeezed Valencian oranges!

There are so many attractions in the local area; you can enjoy a round of golf on the local 9-hole course, or visit Terra Mitica Theme Park or Aqualand in Benidorm (which is only 40 minutes away). If you enjoy your wine then a visit to Xalo and their bodegas will definitely be on your itinery.

Access to the apartment is by steps and is not suitable for people who are frail or have mobility problems.

We are very flexible in terms of arrival and departure dates so if (for example) it is beneficial for you to arrive mid-week; stay for 10 days, and then depart then we will be happy to dovetail with your plans.We can also offer Bed & Breakfast as and when the apartment is not on rental.
